Refund policy

Purchases made from Candle to Cup may be returned within 15 days of receipt of product. Refunds will only be issued if product is unused and in its original condition and packaging. 

Refunds do not include shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment once product is received. 

Candle to Cup is not responsible for improperly used or handled candles. Please read candle care instructions carefully! 

If damage occurred during shipping, please contact us through email Candletocup@gmail.com with photos of damage.
